Subject: Third of 3 P&F shows in less than a week, for me
Subject: Third of 3 P&F shows in less than a week, for me
First 2 were 4/13 and 4/14 in Sunrise. 4/13 was my 30th birthday, shout out to One-Arm Steve and Dionne, who I did those 2 shows with.
This was the only ... one of the 3 that I recorded. (My time as a taper was winding down--Widespread Panic at Municipal Auditorium in NOLA on 5/4/01, and then Gov't Mule at the Saenger on 5/5 were the last shows I taped.) Anyway, my good friend and fellow taper Jeramy D. and I made this recording. His Schoeps, my m148 & Oade-modified sbm1. I'm not sure why we didn't run his ad1000 for this show--maybe we were trying to have a smaller, lighter rig that didn't throw off enough heat to cook s'mores :-) ?
5 stars for the playing, after all this was the PLQ with Warren and Jimmy!
